About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full program lifecycle for multi‑disciplinary semiconductor projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior leadership to align program goals and expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and schedule risks, implementing corrective actions and contingency plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing processes, tools, and metrics to enhance program efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management within semiconductor or high‑technology manufacturing.
- Proven track record delivering large, complex programs with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, Kanban, and program management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment with a focus on innovation and quality.
