About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize complex technical workstreams across Behaviors, Prediction, and ML Planning teams to accelerate driverless robotaxi milestones.
- Drive end‑to‑end program execution, ensuring alignment of schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation across engineering, safety, and product stakeholders.
- Translate ambiguous technical challenges into clear, actionable plans, leveraging deep knowledge of robotics and autonomous systems.
- Champion safety‑critical standards, coordinating validation, verification, and compliance activities to meet regulatory and internal safety requirements.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication, fostering collaboration between software, hardware, and data science teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management within robotics or autonomous vehicle domains.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, safety‑critical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical foundation in Python, machine learning, and autonomous systems architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skills across multiple disciplines.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments while maintaining rigorous focus on safety and quality.
