About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional front‑end team, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance UI components using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Drive modernization of the core front‑end architecture, including migration to cloud‑native patterns and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to translate requirements into scalable, user‑centric solutions.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, from sprint planning through production deployment on AWS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front‑end development experience, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex SaaS applications.
- Deep understanding of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+), responsive design, and performance best practices.
- Experience building and deploying cloud‑native applications on AWS (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, serverless services).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
