About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for German‑speaking enterprise accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion of the password and identity management solution.
- Provide deep technical guidance on security, identity, and access management best practices, tailoring recommendations to each customer’s architecture and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex issues, relay customer feedback, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings in German to promote best‑in‑class security hygiene.
- Monitor account health metrics, identify risk signals, and proactively drive remediation and value‑realization initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering for SaaS security or identity‑management products.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, password management, and unified access management concepts.
- Fluent in German (native or near‑native) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Track record of managing enterprise‑scale customers, driving adoption, and achieving renewal and expansion targets.
