About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical advisor for French‑speaking enterprise accounts, ensuring successful adoption and expansion of cloud communications APIs.
- Architect, design, and troubleshoot complex integration solutions, collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Drive product adoption and upsell opportunities by delivering best‑practice guidance, workshops, and technical roadmaps.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and feature prioritization based on real‑world feedback.
- Mentor junior TAMs and contribute to the development of scalable processes and knowledge bases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or solutions engineering for SaaS/Cloud communications platforms.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns; experience with Twilio or similar communications APIs is a plus.
- Fluent in French (native or professional proficiency) and strong English communication skills.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems, influence cross‑functional teams, and drive customer outcomes.
- Track record of managing enterprise‑level relationships and delivering measurable business impact.
