About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for large enterprise accounts, guiding them through secure implementation of our password manager and Unified Access Management suite.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to translate customer requirements into actionable roadmap items.
- Design and deliver technical workshops, architecture reviews, and security assessments for C‑suite and IT leadership.
- Own the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, from pre‑sales technical discovery to post‑deployment optimization and renewal.
- Act as a trusted partner in incident response, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement of security posture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical account management or solutions engineering within the SaaS or cybersecurity space.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑region deployments for Fortune 500 customers.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
