Systems Engineer
Lead the design, build, and scaling of cloud‑native infrastructure solutions using Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, driving reliability and performance for a large used‑car finance platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, highly available infrastructure across AWS using IaC (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Develop automation scripts and tooling in Python to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, secure infrastructure designs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cost optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices for cloud operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with deep expertise in AWS services.
- Proficient in Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes, with a strong grasp of networking, security, and monitoring.
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.
