Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable full‑stack features for a global SaaS platform, driving innovation in network, voice, and IT security services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop secure, high‑performance full‑stack components for a multi‑tenant SaaS platform using Python, Node.js, and React.
- Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to define and enforce security best practices, including threat modeling, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS to support rapid feature rollouts.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated security scans, ensuring rapid, reliable delivery of new features.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on security and full‑stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React, with experience building large‑scale SaaS applications.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, DevSecOps practices, and secure coding standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in network, voice, or IT security domains is highly desirable.
