Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and ship robust, scalable mobile solutions for Android, iOS, and cross‑platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter.
- Mentor and lead a team of mobile engineers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive performance optimization, memory management, and battery efficiency across all mobile platforms.
- Champion continuous improvement, tooling, and process enhancements to accelerate delivery and maintain high standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on mobile development.
- Deep expertise in Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) plus proven experience with React Native or Flutter.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns, networking, data persistence, and security best practices.
- Experience leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building products that delight users worldwide.
