Software Engineer
Senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and delivering large‑scale software solutions, driving architecture decisions, performance optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration using Java, C++, Python, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy, architecture, and detailed design specifications for complex, high‑impact projects.
- Lead end‑to‑end development including coding, configuration, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Analyze feasibility, cost, and performance trade‑offs; ensure applications meet defined performance targets.
- Collaborate with product owners, senior management, and external vendors to align delivery timelines and technical direction.
- Drive Agile processes, mentor engineering teams, and enforce best practices for code quality and scalability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java, C++, and Python.
- Proven experience designing and deploying microservice architectures on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of performance tuning, system reliability, and large‑scale integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and vendor negotiations.
