AI Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of a secure, scalable Legal GenAI platform, leveraging Python, Java, cloud services, Kubernetes, and LLM technologies to automate legal workflows and enhance compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build a cloud‑native Legal GenAI platform that processes confidential legal data at scale.
- Design and implement RESTful services and micro‑services using Python and Java, containerized with Kubernetes on AWS.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other machine‑learning components to automate document analysis, contract review, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish robust security, data‑privacy, and governance controls to meet corporate legal and regulatory standards.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability to ensure high availability and rapid iteration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of leading complex, production‑grade systems.
- Deep expertise in Python and Java, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of security, data‑privacy, and compliance requirements in a legal or regulated environment.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
