About the Role

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of our products. You will build highly scalable and reliable products in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with building scalable and reliable systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
