About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end generative AI solutions, including large language and multi‑modal models.
- Design, build, and optimize model deployment pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and fine‑tuning workflows.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production products, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Develop data processing and feature engineering pipelines that support high‑throughput model training and inference.
- Mentor engineers on best practices for ML infrastructure, debugging, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python and cloud‑native environments.
- 5+ years designing and scaling machine‑learning infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, and fine‑tuning.
- 2+ years hands‑on experience with generative AI techniques such as large language models, multi‑modal or vision models.
- Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and guide teams through complex AI system implementations.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
