Staff Software Engineer
As a Staff Software Engineer at FuzeRx, you are a principal technical leader within our technology organization, responsible for defining the architectural evolution, technical strategy, and engineering standards of our digital pharmacy platforms. This role sits within our core product engineering hierarchy, reporting directly to the Director/VP of Engineering or a Principal Engineer.
Unlike traditional management paths, this is a highly technical individual contributor (IC) role. You will serve as a force multiplier across multiple agile squads, tackling our most complex distributed systems challenges and ensuring our API-driven fulfillment platform is secure, highly scalable, and resilient. By blending deep technical expertise in Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS with a strong understanding of healthcare systems, you will directly influence how millions of patients access vital medications.
