About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high‑performance full‑stack features using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Design and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure, efficient data flow between front‑end and back‑end services.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into the platform, optimizing inference pipelines on AWS.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers to elevate code quality and team productivity.
- Drive continuous delivery pipelines, automate testing, and monitor application health in production environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full‑stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
- Hands‑on experience deploying and scaling applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3).
- Deep understanding of API design, authentication, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
