About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver complex, responsive UI components for an AI‑driven healthcare platform using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable code.
- Champion best practices in performance optimization, accessibility, and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Integrate automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high code quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a proven track record in large‑scale web applications.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SCSS, and modern build tools.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
- Experience with Next.js, server‑side rendering, and API integration.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
