Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of trustworthy, transparent AI systems, leveraging Python and advanced machine learning to build robust generative AI solutions that meet rigorous responsible AI standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable AI pipelines using Python, ensuring high performance and reliability for generative models.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and enforce responsible AI frameworks, including bias mitigation, explainability, and auditability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in software engineering and AI ethics.
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and internal data infrastructure, optimizing for security and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of model monitoring, data quality, and deployment workflows to support rapid iteration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and experience with generative models.
- Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, bias detection, and model governance.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
