Lead the design, build, and operation of scalable cloud and CI/CD platforms, driving automation, security, and performance across global digital banking initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain end‑to‑end cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for high‑availability banking services.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in implementing best practices for automation, security, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes, reducing release cycle time and increasing reliability.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to ensure regulatory adherence and data protection.
- Mentor and coach engineers on cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering principles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on cloud and platform services.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in financial services.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex, regulated projects.
