Staff Software Engineer, AI - Squad Team

We're looking for a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our AI Squad Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop technical roadmaps, and implement scalable cloud-based systems on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
• Collaborate with our data science team to integrate machine learning models into our cloud-based systems.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud-based systems on AWS.
• Work closely with our product management team to identify opportunities and develop technical roadmaps.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS.
• Experience with full stack development and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
