Lead the design and deployment of advanced Agentic and Generative AI systems, driving innovation in payment technologies with Python, ML, NLP, and cloud platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end Agentic and Generative AI solutions that enhance payment workflows and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML models and APIs.
- Leverage Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud services (AWS/GCP) to build, test, and deploy production‑grade AI services.
- Conduct rigorous model validation, bias mitigation, and performance monitoring to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and champion AI ethics and responsible AI principles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) and Agentic AI concepts.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML platforms.
- Experience with NLP, large‑scale data pipelines, and model deployment at scale.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a passion for building impactful technology.
