Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven agent systems that automate industrial supply‑chain workflows, leveraging Python, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure to scale solutions across manufacturing and logistics environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI agent frameworks that integrate with enterprise ERP, MES, and IoT platforms to automate operational tasks.
- Develop scalable microservices in Python and Node.js, containerize with Docker, and orchestrate via Kubernetes on AWS.
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine‑learning models for predictive scheduling, inventory optimization, and workforce allocation.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of agent services through CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in software quality and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML product development.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and cloud-native architecture on AWS.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of machine‑learning model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
