Software Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of a secure, high‑performance Agentic Data Plane, building core services in Python and Go, leveraging Kubernetes, gRPC, and cloud infrastructure to enable AI agents to access enterprise data.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop core components of the Agentic Data Plane, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and strong security guarantees.
- Design and implement scalable APIs using gRPC and REST to expose data access services to AI agents.
- Drive the deployment, orchestration, and observability of services on Kubernetes clusters across multi‑cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security teams to define requirements, performance targets, and compliance standards.
- Mentor senior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in distributed system design and cloud native development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on building distributed, high‑performance backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python and Go, and hands‑on experience with gRPC, protobuf, and API design.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated expertise in designing secure, fault‑tolerant architectures for data‑intensive workloads.
- Track record of leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and delivering production‑grade services at scale.
