Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI/ML systems focused on safety and security, leveraging Python, GenAI, and LLMs to build robust, scalable solutions that protect user data and ensure model reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines for safety and security use cases, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define safety metrics, conduct model evaluation, and iterate on fine‑tuning strategies.
- Integrate state‑of‑the‑art GenAI techniques, including large language models and multimodal models, into production systems.
- Develop tooling for automated debugging, monitoring, and continuous improvement of ML models.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in ML engineering and software development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on ML infrastructure.
- 5+ years designing and deploying ML systems, including model evaluation, data processing, and fine‑tuning.
- 2+ years hands‑on experience with GenAI technologies such as LLMs and multimodal models.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for building secure, reliable AI solutions.
