Senior architect leading the Athena platform’s quality, integrity, and technical direction across data migration, system integrations, and application quality, while enforcing architectural standards and driving execution with delivery partners.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce architectural standards for the Athena platform, ensuring consistency across data migration, system integrations, and application quality initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions using Python, Node.js, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with delivery partners to align technical strategy with business objectives and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Govern platform health, performance, and security, conducting regular reviews and risk assessments.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software architecture experience, with a proven track record in large‑scale platform delivery.
- Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong background in data migration, system integration, and application quality engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile delivery and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
