About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-powered features within ServiceNow, focusing on Now Assist and Movewo modules.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI services, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing ServiceNow workflows and APIs.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions that meet enterprise performance and compliance standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in AI model management and platform engineering.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Proven track record in building and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Strong knowledge of Now Assist, Movewo, and related ServiceNow AI modules.
- Solid understanding of platform engineering principles, including CI/CD, observability, and security.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
