Lead the design and implementation of secure identity solutions across AI and human platforms, driving Zero Trust principles, cloud security, and threat detection to protect enterprise data and applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure identity and access management solutions that support AI and human workloads across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Design and enforce Zero Trust security models, including least‑privilege access, continuous authentication, and micro‑segmentation.
- Lead threat detection and incident response initiatives, developing automated playbooks and integrating security telemetry into a unified observability platform.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed security controls into the software development lifecycle and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Conduct security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering, with a focus on identity, access, and cloud security.
- Deep expertise in IAM solutions, Zero Trust frameworks, and secure software development practices.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security tooling (SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence).
- Strong analytical skills, ability to translate complex security challenges into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading cross‑functional security initiatives.
