Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end security controls for a privacy‑focused web browser and associated services.
- Conduct comprehensive threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews across the product stack.
- Drive secure coding practices, perform code reviews, and integrate automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed privacy by design and meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and post‑mortem analysis to continuously improve security posture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering with a focus on privacy and web technologies.
- Deep expertise in threat modeling, secure design principles, and cryptographic protocols.
- Proficiency with web security standards (OWASP Top 10, CSP, TLS) and secure coding practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container security is a plus.
