About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) for web and mobile applications.
- Lead test strategy, including test planning, risk assessment, and coverage optimization across multiple product lines.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high quality releases.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on best testing practices and tool usage.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define quality metrics and continuously improve testing processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in quality engineering with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test development.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and test management platforms.
- Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
