About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the review and validation of internal and external manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to eliminate process defects.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to accelerate defect detection and reduce manual testing effort.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and refine quality metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or equivalent) and test automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with documentation control systems and CAPA management.
