Product Manager
Senior product leader driving end‑to‑end fintech solutions, shaping roadmaps, and delivering data‑rich APIs for banks and credit unions while collaborating across engineering, design, and business teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core fintech platforms, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Lead cross‑functional squads using Agile practices to deliver high‑impact features, APIs, and data analytics tools on schedule.
- Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and sales to translate customer and partner needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
- Prioritize backlog, conduct user research, and leverage data insights to iterate on product performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
- Proven track record delivering API‑centric products and data‑analytics solutions at scale.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product discovery techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners.
