Staff Product Manager, Identity & Access Management

As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) product, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver a world-class user experience. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, working with engineers to design and implement new features, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy for IAM, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to design and implement new features, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on IAM or related technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
