Lead the vision and execution of enterprise security and IAM solutions, driving product strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional delivery for a high‑growth data platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for enterprise security, IAM, and data platform initiatives, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure features using agile methodologies.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and prioritize backlog items.
- Drive product lifecycle from concept through launch, including go‑to‑market planning, pricing, and positioning.
- Measure success with key metrics, iterate based on data, and continuously improve product performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on security, IAM, or data platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise‑grade products in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep understanding of security best practices, identity management, and data governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Experience with agile frameworks and data‑driven decision making.
