About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for compute infrastructure that powers surgical robotics, ensuring alignment with clinical outcomes and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to architect scalable, secure, and high‑availability cloud and on‑prem solutions.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear user stories, prioritizing features that enhance performance, reliability, and usability for surgeons and support staff.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features to maintain a leading edge in surgical technology.
- Lead cross‑functional releases, manage timelines, and coordinate with QA, DevOps, and regulatory teams to meet stringent medical device standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in high‑tech or medical device environments, with a focus on compute or infrastructure products.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and distributed system design.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission‑critical products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485) is a plus.
