Lead the design and execution of end‑to‑end claims workflows for a cyber‑insurance platform, driving product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and data‑driven improvements to deliver a seamless, high‑value experience for policyholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Claims Experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define, prioritize, and ship features that streamline claim intake, assessment, and resolution.
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, measure impact, and iterate on processes that improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary advocate for policyholders, translating their pain points into actionable product requirements.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or staff role.
- Proven track record delivering complex B2B SaaS products, ideally in insurance or cybersecurity domains.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).
