About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cash Flow Management platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver high‑impact features on a rapid, agile cadence.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to prioritize initiatives and iterate on product enhancements.
- Act as the primary advocate for SMEs, translating complex financial requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain velocity and quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in fintech or SaaS, with a proven track record in cash flow or financial product domains.
- Deep understanding of financial workflows, banking APIs, and regulatory considerations in the EU market.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
