About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the experience architecture for mobile and web platforms, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high usability across all consumer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps and feature specifications.
- Establish and enforce design systems, component libraries, and best‑practice guidelines that streamline development and reduce friction for cross‑functional teams.
- Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and market trends to inform prioritization and continuous improvement of the consumer experience.
- Act as the primary advocate for consumer needs, balancing stakeholder expectations with technical feasibility and business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in mobile and web product leadership.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, and end‑to‑end product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
