As a Staff Product Engineer at leapsome, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to drive technical decisions and ensure the successful launch of new products. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth and development of the engineering team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development and product engineering
• Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
