About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve platform‑wide design systems that support identity, enterprise administration, and developer tools.
- Craft end‑to‑end user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes for multi‑surface experiences.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align visual language, interaction patterns, and technical constraints.
- Apply systems thinking to unify patterns across disparate touchpoints, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to iterate on complex workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably on large‑scale platforms or enterprise tools.
- Expertise with design tools such as Figma and strong prototyping skills.
- Deep understanding of design systems, interaction design, and system‑level thinking.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, cohesive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
