About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the design strategy and vision for a high‑impact product domain across multiple cross‑functional teams.
- Drive user‑centered research, concepting, wireframing, and high‑fidelity UI design to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences.
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across platforms and supports rapid iteration.
- Leverage AI‑powered design tools to accelerate mockup creation, asset generation, and design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design‑to‑development handoffs and alignment on delivery timelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design ownership.
- Expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design, using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to create and evolve design systems that support consistency and scalability.
- Hands‑on experience integrating AI or machine‑learning tools into the design workflow to improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and mentoring design teams.
