About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and strategy for the AI‑powered car ownership platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into user‑centric designs and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web, mobile, and emerging interfaces.
- Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
- Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, with a proven track record in building large‑scale, AI‑enabled consumer products.
- Expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, and design systems, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, data‑driven solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for automotive or mobility products and a deep understanding of the challenges in car ownership.
