About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of content strategies for advisor experiences, ensuring clear information architecture and prioritization.
- Design and iterate language-driven products, focusing on AI-enabled writing tools that enhance user productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, user flows, and interaction patterns that align with business goals.
- Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product suite.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices in content design, usability, and emerging AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in content or language products.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working with AI or NLP technologies to enhance writing or content creation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping.
