Lead end‑to‑end product design for a cloud‑based clinical SaaS, driving user experience excellence through research, wireframing, high‑fidelity prototyping, and design system stewardship.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision for new and existing features, translating business goals into intuitive, user‑centric solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring consistency across the product.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to iterate designs and deliver on schedule.
- Maintain and evolve a comprehensive design system, establishing best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and brand consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or health‑tech environments.
- Proven portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design projects with measurable impact.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale to cross‑functional teams.
