About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and strategy for cross‑channel messaging products, translating business goals into intuitive user flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights that inform feature prioritization.
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes and design system components in Figma, ensuring consistency across email, push, in‑app, and SMS experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to iterate on designs and validate solutions.
- Advocate for user‑centered design principles across the organization, mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of designing complex, high‑traffic communication products.
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, and prototyping tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
