About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and proof‑of‑concept deployments for prospective clients, showcasing AI‑native security capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate customer requirements into tailored solution architectures.
- Conduct deep‑dive technical workshops, demos, and security assessments, addressing architecture, performance, and compliance questions.
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex pre‑sale scenarios across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Document solution designs, technical specifications, and best‑practice guides for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre‑sale or technical consulting roles within cybersecurity or cloud security domains.
- Proficiency with AWS services, Python scripting, Linux administration, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts as applied to threat detection and response.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent engagements.
