Devops Engineer
Lead the design, development, and operation of scalable cloud platforms, leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices to deliver high‑performance microservice solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and cost‑optimized platforms on AWS for mission‑critical applications.
- Design and implement containerized microservices using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to accelerate delivery cycles and improve release quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define platform standards, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and champion performance‑oriented development in Java and Python.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with deep expertise in AWS services.
- Strong proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Hands‑on experience developing and deploying microservices using Java and/or Python.
- Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to lead technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers.
