About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable mobile solutions for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the development of hybrid features using React Native or Flutter, integrating with backend services and third‑party APIs.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence across the mobile engineering organization.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to translate user stories into robust, production‑ready features.
Requirements
- 10+ years of mobile development experience with a proven track record of shipping production apps.
- Deep expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and at least one cross‑platform framework (React Native or Flutter).
- Strong background in CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building user‑centric healthcare solutions.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment is highly desirable.
