About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and ship new features for the Member mobile app across iOS and Android using React Native.
- Drive performance optimization initiatives, including component lifecycle management, memory usage, and UI responsiveness.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, set technical direction, and mentor engineers on best practices and code quality.
- Integrate AI‑powered tools into the development workflow to improve productivity, testing, and code review processes.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define measurable success criteria and ensure features deliver business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience building mobile applications with React Native.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and the React component lifecycle.
- Proven expertise in iOS and Android platforms, including native module integration and performance tuning.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort using AI/ML tools to automate testing, code generation, or performance analysis.
