About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines for automated map reconstruction from onboard sensor streams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate mapping solutions into localization, perception, and simulation stacks.
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of large‑scale mapping services in cloud environments.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with a strong background in computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and large‑scale data processing frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with sensor fusion, LiDAR, radar, and camera data pipelines.
- Deep understanding of autonomous vehicle mapping, localization, and perception systems.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
