ML Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML models that automate healthcare processes, leveraging Python, deep learning, and cloud services to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and production‑grade deploy end‑to‑end ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Docker/Kubernetes on AWS.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business problems into robust ML solutions.
- Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining workflows to ensure sustained performance.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for large‑scale healthcare datasets.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on ML/AI.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud‑native deployment (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data engineering, SQL, and large‑scale data pipelines.
- Experience with model monitoring, A/B testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
