About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines for large language model inference and fine‑tuning at scale.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, production‑ready AI features.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment workflows for ML models on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to iterate on model accuracy and user experience.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and model governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on machine learning and NLP.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and large‑scale model deployment on AWS.
- Proven track record building and scaling LLM‑based products in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, data‑driven culture.
